Nursery go on a Bear Hunt

The Nursery children read the story ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’. This inspired them to go on a bear hunt of their own around the school site and they finally found their bear hiding in the forest school site!  Luckily, he was very friendly and just looking for new friends to play with, so he came back to Nursery and had a great time including a ‘bear’s picnic’.  Later, to the children's amazement, they found there were bears hiding around the town in shop windows and even in a few gardens!  They were all around Torrington and the Nursery children and their families had such fun looking for them.  The Nursery Team would like to thank all the shops in the town who without a moment of hesitation were happy to take part.  Everyone had such fun, thank you for your time and effort.
