'A Miracle in Town' - Reception Nativity

One of the eagerly awaited events of the festive season is the Reception Nativity performance. There is always an air of excitement and anticipation, as well as much fumbling with costumes and plenty of tinsel! This year the children performed ‘A Miracle in Town’ which of course tells the story of the very first Christmas. The Reception children entertained the audience of family members by singing their hearts out to the catchy songs and re-telling this magical story using Makaton. The stage looked wonderful filled with angels, stars, shepherds, wise men, camels, innkeepers, musicians and not forgetting Mary, Joseph, their donkey and the all important baby Jesus. Well done to all the children and a big thank you to everyone who was able to come along and support them.
